Condomínio GSP Arts Itatiba Residence - Itatiba - SP - Brazil

In this Contemporary Architecture project, the main highlight is the application of a drawing on concrete, by the architect himself, on the main facade.

Implanted in a land with a large lateral difference, its original topography was preserved by the project. On the side facade, a large glass panel and deck was created over the garage, privileging the view of the green area and the internal lake of the condominium.

With a compact area, the project has 3 suites and mezzanine on the upper floor. The ground floor was conceived in the open space concept, where the entrance hall with double height and the living rooms, kitchen and gourmet balcony, integrate in perfect harmony. In the leisure area, the highlight is the pool with side glass wall.
